We take great care in packaging and shipping your plants and seeds to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to plant. Our plants are freshly dug and shipped the same day. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information provided via email.
Orders will be shipped within 1–7 business days (weather permitting) with respect to the applicable shipping window for each product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your plants, you can return your order within 7 days for a refund.
Please ensure plants/seeds are returned in their original condition, and we recommend contacting us prior to returning your order so we can assist you and ensure a smooth process.
We guarantee that all plants are freshly dug, true to name, and state inspected. We always strive to send double divisions (when possible) to ensure strong, healthy plants. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.
We do not guarantee plants that are damaged or lost due to freezing temperatures during shipping or after planting, or plants that fail due to improper planting or care once they have been received.
